Mentorship Accelerator Program for Minority Women Launches

BRICC is proud to announce our inaugural Mentorship Accelerator Program (MAP) aimed to support upcoming women in business, tech, and entrepreneurship. Especially seeking women interested in nonprofit management and whose interests align with the mission of our organization, BRICC is committed to helping women design a plan to propel the trajectory of their personal and professional lives through research, development and  continuous learning.

Welcoming women of all hues, our purpose is to reach women who have been historically underrepresented in these spaces such as Blacks and Latinas. In addition to not having seats at the table, traditionally, minority women have less access to mentors in the workplace. The BRICC Foundry is here to answer the call to empower women to empower more women. #IronSharpensIron
